Dormitory Check-in
As an international student you are guaranteed a place in one of the HSE dormitories. Your buddy will assist you in getting to your dormitory. The address of your dormitory will be communicated to you by the HSE Preparatory Year Office after you arrival details are confirmed. Please check HSE Dormitories for details.
To check-in at the dormitory you will have to present the original copy of your health certificates (general health certificate and HIV test results) and the documents for your visa registration (copies of passport, visa and migration card). In case the certificates are issued in any other languages than Russian, they are to be translated into Russian and officially notarized.
All dormitories provide accommodation on a paid basis. Rent payment must be made after you check into the dormitory, no later than before the 5th of every month. For more information please check dormitory payment.
To make a payment you must pick up a payment form at the dormitory administration, fill in your name and pay the amount due at a local bank.
You can also pay for the dormitory online.
After you make a payment, do not forget to submit the payment receipt to the dormitory administration.
At the dormitory you will have to sign the Tenancy Agreement. Please get acquainted with the Dormitory Internal Rules and Tenancy Agreement.
