Russian Language and Cultural Linguistics Programme
- Entry requirements: Any level of Russian, completed high school education.
- Category of applicants: 18+
- Mode of study: OFFLINE
- HSE campus: Moscow
- Schedule: 5 days a week, 6-8 hours a day. Class sizes: up to 15 people.
- Enrollment period: October 2024 – August 2025 (2 semesters).
- Tuition fee: 200,000 rubles. The fees are paid upon arrival in Moscow before enrolment is finalized in Russian rubles in full (100%). No installments or deferred payments.
- Housing options: Student odrmitories are not provided. Alternative accommodation: HSE Students Hosuing Office .
- Medical Insurance and documents, required to check into HSE alternative housing.
- Visa: Visa support is provided to those candidates, who apply and are recommended for admission. Once a visa invite is ready it is emailed to the applicant.
- Arrivals expected: September 20-25th, 2024

Additional costs: Visa costs, accommodation, medical insurance, costs, associated with obligatory procedures of medical examination,fingerptinting and photographing for foreign citizens, training materials, certified Test Of Russian As A Foreign Language (TORFL) (optional).
- Social (transporation) card: not provided during the preparatory course study.

Curriculum: Russian as a Foreign Language, Scientific language, Cultural linguistics, Preparation for certified TORFL testing. Final assessment: June 2025.
Certificate of Completion
After completing the course, students take exams in all subjects, included in the study plan. Students, who pass their exams successfully, receive Certificate of Competion. A student, who does not take final exams or fails at least one exam during the final assessment will receive the signed and stamped official reference letter with the total number of hours taken and grades received, if any.
Successful graduates of the course are eligible to a 50% - scholarship on further tuition-paid full-degree programmes.
