The HSE student Electronic ID (e-pass) allows entry into all HSE buildings. The process for obtaining the Electronic ID (e-pass) may change annually. Once updated instructions are available, HSE International Prep Year office will provide specific details on how to acquire the Electronic ID Badge (e-pass).
Please note that HSE International Prep Year students are not eligible to receive a Student ID card and Student Social Card (also known as transport card).
Student Email
HSE University issues a university email address to all students. Once your enrollment is confirmed, you will receive an email from the automated registration system containing your login instructions and password to access your mailbox.
Make sure to activate your student mailbox and check it daily at this link for important updates and information from the International Prep Year office.
Banking card (MIR)
Only students awarded the International Prep Year scholarship will receive a scholarship card. Scholarship payments for these students will be transferred exclusively to MIR banking cards. Fee-paying students are encouraged to open a bank account with a local bank upon arrival.
Library card
To obtain your library card, please complete and sign the Registration Form. You will receive a confirmation within two working days, along with your library card number. This card will grant you access to borrow books and utilize HSE Electronic Resources remotely.
